Weekend Preview: Premiere Wrestling Showcase is running a double shot this weekend as they present their rendition of the King of the Ring Tournament. Shows scheduled include Statesville, NC on Friday and York, SC on Saturday. On Friday, TJ Mack will earn the opportunity to get exact revenge on PWS Heavyweight Champion King Marcellus for the King's heinous autrocities against Team Macktion and Charlie Dreamer. In other action, Kirby Mack seeks to dethrone Emporer Maximus, and PWS Tag Team Champions Caleb Conley & Brandon Phoenix defend against BJ Hancock & Brice Anthony. On Saturday, PWS is holding its KOTR Tournament. Announced entries include PWS Heavyweight Champion King Marcellus, Are$, Joey Silvia, Kaleb Conley, Kirby Mack, TJ Mack, Jake Manning and Zak Salvation. The other four entries will be announced on Saturday. CWA Pro is headed to the National Guard Armory in Manning, SC with Chris Hamrick, former NWA Anarchy Heavyweight Champion, Mikal Judas, Nu Skool and the American Gangstas; PPW is holding a show at its homebase of the Moore County Fairgrounds in Carthage, NC, AIWF returns to the National Guard Armory in Elkin, NC with all steal cage matches featuring the United Nations of Devasation, Justin Flash, Jason Blade and Louis Moore; and Ring Wars Carolina at Paradise Acres, NC.

VCW TV Taping Preview: Vanguard Championship Wrestling returns to the Norfolk Masonic Temple with a television taping. The show is highlighted by Q-Sic defending the VCW Heavyweight Title against the winner of Liberty Lottery 2, Chatch. When VCW Owner Travis Bradshaw asked Chatch which title he wanted to vie for on July 19 and he chose to face the Psychotic Superstar. Q-Sic headed out to confront and physically batter the Homeless Luchador. Given Chatch has lost everything including shelter it only makes him even more dangerous. The question remains can Chatch survive an evil psychotic psychopath? Recently, Lance Loob suffered a serious injury that prevented him from competing along side long time tag team partner J-Sinn against VCW Tag Team Champions the Hall Stars. After the Hall Stars won a best 2 out 3 falls match with the Set under controversial circumstance. The question is, can J-Sinn find a tag partner to face the Hall Stars? Other announced matches include Mike Booth vs. Idol X, John Kermon vs. Brandon Day, Krotch vs. Chris Gamble, and Phil Brown vs. Tonic.

Saturday Preview: CWE presents an outdoor show, "Showdown," at 4566 Highway 49 North in Burlington, NC. CWE Heavyweight Champion KC McKnight defends against the winner of a 20 man over the top battle royal. Unfortunately for McKnight defending the title isn't his only problem because the Black Diamond, who has possession of the CWE Heavyweight Title, has been torturing him for several months. At the last show, two Black Diamonds hounded McKnight. Can McKnight overcome the odds? Also advertised for the show, Cowboy Willie Watts (ch.) vs. Chris Collins for the CWE Revolution Title, Brokeback Express (ch.) vs. Scrap Yard Dog & Leroye Greene for the CWE Tag Team Titles, Sean Altly vs. Juang Lo, and Sean Cruise vs. Justin Duke, plus the Soul Reaper, Cowboy Cletus Bass, King Marcellus and the Black Diamond. Ground Xero retuns to the Hopewell Community Center in Hopewell, VA with Phil Brown defending the GXW Heavyweight Title against Bazooka Joe, newly crowned GXW TV Champion Mark Bravura will try to continue to prove that he is better than Playboy Pete, Tiger Blue & William H. Holla vs. Standards & Practices, and who will answer Pharaoh's open challenge. Deimos, Eddie Diamond, and Prince Malik are also advertised. Admission is $2 plus a can good. CWA Pro presents "Bluffton Blow Out" at Bluffton, SC High School Footbal Stadium with advertised talent including the Disco Inferno, Johnny Swinger, the American Gangstas, Sick Boy, and Scotty Riggs. CRASH Wrestling returns to the Havelock Recreation Center with Joey Silvia and La Fletcha making advertised appearances, AIWF returns to the Clayton Fitness Center in Clayton, NC with Louis Moore challenging the Barbarian in a Texas death match, Ring Wars Carolina heads to Armory Park in Raeford, NC for a TV taping.

Announced talent includes Jimmy Dream, Joseph Brooks, Xander MaddoX, Oliver Bondo, Nikkio Phipps, Uriah Condit, Gesus Smiles, Roxie Cotton, Cory Castle and Trayvon Burr. UWC returns to Snow Hill with UWC Heavyweight Champion Christian York defending against the winner of the Kimo/Joey Silvia match.
