Friday night’s Pro Wrestling Evolution show featured the quarterfinals of the Southern Heritage Invitational Tournament. Kyle Matthews wrestled Andrew Alexander to a draw and both advanced, Altar Boy Luke defeated Steve Anthony to advance, Sal Rinauro defeated Adrian Hawkins to advance, Ace Rockwell defeated Claudio Castagnoli to advance, Bobby Hill won a Battle Royal to advance, and Ricky Reyes defeated Low-Ki to advance. In the main event, Jacob Ladder and Darrin Childs defeated Murder One and Tank in a Cage Match.
On Saturday, CWF Mid-Atlantic ran in Burlington, NC. Ric Converse retained the AWA World Title over Otto Schwanz in the main event. Rob McBride and Tank Lawson defeated Mitch Connor and Garry Stevens to win the AWA Mid-Atlantic Tag Team Championship. In Johnny Weaver Cup Tournament action, Jesse Ortega defeated Jake Manning and Joey Silvia defeated Xsiris to advance to the Final Four. SPW ran in Ahoskie, NC and featured Old School Empire consisting of Damien Wayne and Mike Booth defeating Sean Denny and Q-Sic in a cage match in the main event. In the match of the night, Rex Sterling pinned Alexx Sage with a Top Rope Michinoku Driver. Also, Masked Superstar II submitted Shane Falco with a Cobra Clutch Mutilation. CWE ran a show in Graham, NC which featured DJ P Roc retaining the CWE Title over Scotty Matthews via DQ. Alere Little Feather defeated Cindy Rogers in the finals of a one night tournament to win the CWE Women’s Title. Also, Bounty Hunter defeated K.C. McKnight to become the #1 Contender to the CWE Title.
On Sunday, RLL ran at a skate park located at 512 East 8th Street in Richmond, VA. In the main event, That Guy Dave defeated El Sucio with a Splash. AKA defeated Roach by hitting him with a fist full of bling. Also, Horrorshow defeated Adrian Blaze with a Sunset Flip Bomb through a table. VCW ran a show in Hampton, VA and featured a 3 Way Main Event for the VCW Heavyweight Championship. Phil Brown retained the title against Q-Sic and Dirty Money when Brown hit Q-Sic with an Elbow Drop and got the pinfall. The Hall Brothers retained the VCW Tag Team Championship over John Kermon and Malik. Also, Old School Empire defeated J-Sinn Ferrari, Lube and Neo Dragon in a 6 way tag match.
